- Project will replace 108 obsolete Fan Coil Units (FCUs) in Building 1 at the Jefferson Barracks Division of the VA Saint Louis Health Care System. This project includes demolition, civil, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical. The project will replace all Fan Control Units in Building 1 with possible Bid Deducts of up to 24 units removed from the scope of work. Offerors are also to provide bids on alternate control systems as will be provided in the solicitation.
