- Description
- This procurement will be issued as 100 % Small business Set-Aside, utilizing Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources.� This is a single NSN Request for Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four - one year options. �The part being procured is Bushing, Bifilar WT for NSN 1615-01-132-0792.� There are three approved sources for supply:� Sikorsky, CAGE 78286; Hydromach, CAGE 1FG56; and Colinear Machine, CAGE 1L8A4 all with Part Number 70107-08202-108.� Estimated Annual Quantity of 800 each.� The required delivery schedule is 212 days. Configuration Control applies.� FOB Destination.� Inspection and Acceptance is Origin.� Government First Article Test of one unit is required along with Production Lot Testing.�� Solicitation issue date is 13 APRIL 2020.� A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.� From the DIBBS Homepage, select �Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)� from the menu under the tab �Solicitations.�� Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download.� RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).� To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.� This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com.� A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors.
