- Ammendment 001 Extend the Solicitation The wires requied are those that come with the base model unit. If an American Company can create something very similar which can handle the pull/tension and salt water please provide detail information from that company to discuss with my Customer. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO), Procure two Swivel/ Slip ring assemblies for the NOAA Ship Ronald Brown CTD winch system Brand Name or Equal This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number NMAN7200-20-00721 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 332618 Other Fabricated Wire Product Manufacturing with a size standard of 500 Employees. Line items are as follows: CLIN0001 Procure two Swivel/ Slip ring assemblies: Hanayuu Stock Corporation, Mirai_swivel_D77-40. https://www.hanayuu.co.jp/ or equivalent. Slip ring connector assembly salient features: Size and weight Diameter 77 mm, length between pins 160 mm, about 6 kg dry Pressure resistance The swivel is 120 MPa 2 Conductor wire, 20 AWG min. Rated at 2000VDC min. Equal pressure type with oil Load test�� �8 Ton DELIVERY SCHEDULE: MARINE OPERATIONS CENTER 439 WEST YORK STREET /MOAX1 NORFOLK VA 23510 Delivery Date: Preferred Delivery�01 June 2020. Deliver as soon as possibly, provide lead time for part. Fob Destination Please see attached Statement of Work for details. Additionally, each offeror must provide the following information with the quote: 1. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number; 2. The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and DUNS Number of the Offeror; 3. Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration;� 4. Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30), if any. 5. Address the ability of meeting the requirements per the Specifications. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 2200 10:00 P.M. Eastern on March�18 2020; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on the Technical specifications, availability and price. Eastern on March�13, 2020. Telephonic requests will not be honored.
