- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9132T20Q0031 and is being issued as a request for�quotation (RFQ). The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL)�has a requirement for one (1) Telehandler System � Caterpillar TH408D, Brand Name or Equal (BNOE), with several working tool attachments and accessories. THIS ACQUISITION IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Please reference the attached RFQ for all applicable provisions and clauses.
