- Description
- The Base Landfill Recycling Facility, aboard Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, North Carolina has a requirement for the delivery and installation of an Accent Model 470 Wire-Tie system onto a Government owned Excel 210R baler. It is the Government�s intention to issue a firm fixed price contract.� The proposed acquisition will be unrestricted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 333999 Baling Machinery Manufacturing.� The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.� This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals.� The solicitation No. M6700120Q1140 will be posted on or about ten (10) days after this posting and made available on the Contract Opportunities portal located at https://beta.sam.gov. �It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments.� Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov.� Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website www.sam.gov.� All prospective offers interested in submitting an offer must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code).� Contractors must be registered with Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at www.wawf.eb.mil.�� The point of contact for this solicitation is Karen Fergason, Contract Specialist, at phone number (910) 451-3094 or email karen.fergason@usmc.mil.� All responsible sources may submit an offer, which if timely received will be considered.
