Eastern ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for ��Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC) Photodiode Array (PDA) /Mass Spectrometer (MS) in accordance with Salient Characteristics. The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract under a small business set-aside in accordance FAR 19.502-2(c). A class waiver to the nonmanfacturer rule is in effect in accordance with FAR with 19.102(f)(4). The Delivery is required FOB Destination.� Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR subpart 13.5.� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart�12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
