- N00164-20-Q-0116 � SOLE SOURCE � PROGRAMMABLE GENERATOR AND ACCESSORIES � FSG 6625 - NAICS 334515� ISSUE DATE 25 MAR 2020� CLOSING DATE 31 MAR 2020 � 10:00 AM Eastern Time This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13.� Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-20 -Q-0116 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto.� SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT- The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, (Wireless Telecom Group DBA Noisecom 25 Eastmans Rd, Parsippany, NJ 07054 CAGE CODE 65185).� All other offerors may submit a quote that will be reviewed by the Government.� However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Base Award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract for the following ITEM DESCRIPTION - CLIN 0001 Programmable Noise Generator P/N UFX7911A IAW Drawing 604232, QTY 2 CLIN 0002 Switch Elements P/N U7OPT4 IAW Drawing 604232, QTY 2 CLIN 0003 Rack Mount Brackets, P/N U7OPT15 IAW Drawing 604232, QTY 2 CLIN 0004 Remote Control P/N U7OPT17, GPIB/IEEE-488 IAW Drawing 604232, QTY 2 Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. Please reference delivery schedule in RFQ. The anticipated award date is April 6, 2020.� Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
