- The U.S. Army Contracting Command � Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to solicit for the following item: NOUN: Refill Kit, Sampler Detector: M256A2 NSN: 6665-01-564-2644 PART NUMBER: 5-77-3500 ITEM DESCRIPTION: The Refill Kit, Sampler Detector: M256A2�is a government-unique part specifically designed to support the M256A2 Chemical Agent Detector Kit. UNIT OF ISSUE: Each (EA) BASIC QUANTITY: 1,896 EA OPTION QUANTITY: 100% FAT REQUIRED? Yes The associated solicitation, W56HZV-20-Q-0031, will be issued on a full and open competition basis. It will result in a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Contractors should not contact the Contract Specialist seeking the solicitation, as it will not be available for at least 15 days after issuance of this notice. There is a Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this requirement. Instructions for accessing this documentation will only be made available upon release of the solicitation and not before then. Solicitation W56HZV-20-Q-0031 will be issued electronically, as will any amendments thereto. As a result, the Government is under no obligation and is unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the website in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments, and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals, may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in rejection of same.
