- Competition for this solicitation is source controlled and limited to Battelle Memorial Insttute (CAGE 47026). The statutory authority permitting Other Than Full & Open Competition for this action is implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Soliciting from a Single Source. Solicitation W56HZV-20-Q-0029 will result in the award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract with one 100% option for: Noun: Expedient Vapor Capture for Chemical Agents (EVCCA) NSN: 6640-01-628-5067 Part Number: 6001-000922 Quantity: 16 ea. Option period is 365 days after award. Inspection and Acceptance are at Origin. FOB is Destination. Accelerated delivery is acceptable at no additional cost to the Government.
