- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) using procedures at FAR Part 13.5; the solicitation number is FA3030-20-Q-C099. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04, effective 15 January 2020. This acquisition is being solicited full and open; the NAICS code is 332999 and the small business size standard is 750 Employees The 17th Contracting Squadron at Goodfellow AFB, TX, has a requirement for a Wet Burn House Trainer.
