Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, DHS Federal Emergency Management Agency intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison, Inc. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. DHS Federal Emergency Management Agency is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids. All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. The evaluation of the ""or equal"" alternative item will be made by the technical team. If you are quoting an ""equal"" item you must provide name, model number, description, size, picture, and all other relevant information about the item. You must provide the same information that is currently in the specifications. This information must be included as an attachment to your quote on the response date of this announcement. **Our technical team has indicated that for all HDMI/premade cables you may submit EQUAL items, but for our CAT6 cables these must be BRAND name. Due to this special requesting, we are asking for two separate quotes; one indicating all brand name items per the original item list and the other indicating the BRAND NAME and select EQUAL items. If you do not anticipate sending a quote for EQUAL items, only one quote is needed.**
