- The Department of Veterans Affairs North Texas Veterans Health Care System in Dallas, TX is posting this combined Synopsis/Solicitation for purchase and installation of vertical blinds , through the Contracting Officer in San Antonio, Texas. The government intends to make a contract award to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable vendor that can provide the required items in accordance to the attached documents, as a result of this solicitation for quotes. This action is a total set-aside for service-disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB). The NAICS is 313210.
