- The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking sources for the Data Link Service Provider (DSP) 5 Contract for Data Link and Aviation Services Program Management Office, Air-to-Ground Command, Control, Communications (C3) Integration Branch (A6NC), Headquarters, Air Mobility Command (HQ AMC). This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT �to determine the availability and technical capability of large and small businesses (to include small businesses in the following subsets: Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone small businesses; Certified 8(a), Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required products and/or services.
