- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY ONLY!!! The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, in Fayetteville, AR is seeking potential sources capable of providing Emergency Reporting Software as a Service (SAAS) for the Alexandria Veterans Healthcare System (AVHS), Fire Department, located in Pineville, Louisiana. .
