- SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT Refuse and Recycling Collection, Cranberry, PA This is a Sources Sought Notice and should not be construed as a Solicitation Announcement. The submission of this information is for planning purposes only. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any services, nor is it the intent of the Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) to award a contract on the basis of this request for information or otherwise pay for the information sought. 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: ACC-NJ is seeking preliminary marketing information from small businesses in all socio-economic categories to ascertain knowledge of potential qualified sources which are capable of performing the below requirement. This is a single requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) classified for this effort is 562111 �Solid Waste Collection�. The ACC-NJ anticipates releasing a solicitation announcement, to be published via https://beta.sam.gov/ in the near future. The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract with a period of performance consisting of one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. 2. PROJECT SCOPE and LOCATION: Refuse and Recycling Collection Cranberry USARC, 9060 Marshall Road, Cranberry, PA 16066 See attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and site map for specific details 3. PREVIOUS CONTRACT: Contract Number: W15QKN-15-P-1162 Contractor: Vogel Disposal Services, Inc Total Contract value: $13,740.00 Period of Performance: One (1)12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. 4. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All interested vendors shall submit a Capability Statement via E-MAIL to Contract Specialist, colleen.moore7.civ@mail.mil. Calls and fax transmittals in response to this Sources Sought Notice will NOT be accepted. Capabilities Statement must include: Company Name; Point of Contact name, phone number & email address; DUNS Number; CAGE Code; Business Size, Socio-Economic Size Status (Large/Small Business/HubZone/8(a)/Woman Owned Small Business/Veteran Owned, etc).
