Continue on Route 7 to Route 340 (Lord Fairfax Hwy). Go south on Route 340 and follow until the road becomes Fairfax Pike (VA-277W). Take Fairfax Pike until I-81 N. Go north on I-81 until VA-37. North on VA-37 and follow until you reach the Point of Beginning. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 94,913 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 99,659 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 15 years Option Term: N/A Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
