Combined Synopsis/Solicitation N40085-20-T-0078 �This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice.� The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued.� PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.� This combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted on Beta.Sam (https://beta.sam.gov/). The solicitation number is N40085-20-T-0078 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Installation of Audio/Video Equipment at Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic, (NAVFAC MID-LANT), Naval Station Norfolk, Virginia. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-05, effective February 27, 2020, DFARS DPN 20200114, effective 14 January 2020. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 334310 and the Small Business Standard is 750 employees. This procurement is 100% Small Business set-aside. NAVFAC MID-LANT, Norfolk, Virginia requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing� audio/video equipment and installation services as required per the attached Statement of Work. �Site Visit: A site visit is required. Date: Wednesday April 01, 2020@ 9:00 am. See attached Statement of Work for site visit information. Period of Performance: Performance period shall commence immediately upon award of the contract. The contractor shall notify the Government of an expected completion date after the site visit. This announcement will close at 2:00 pm EST on Friday March 3, 2020.
