- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� Solicitation SPE-300-20-R-0016 is designed to place Market Ready Fresh Bread and Bakery items, all fully competitive, on contract(s) for various Department of Defense (""DoD"") cusomers in Georgia. The resultant contract will be issued as a firm-fxed price IQC with two pricing tiers for all items for the entire term of the contract. The aforementioned zone is comprised of (3) Groups in the area described above. Group 1 consists of customers located at and/or in Fort Benning. Group 2 consists of customers located at and/or in Fort Gordon. Group 3 consists of customers located at and/or in Fort Stewart in the state of Georgia. The contract period for Group 1 is expected to be from April 12, 2020 through April 8, 2023.� Groups 2 & 3 contract period is expected to be from June 7, 2020 through June 3, 2023. The Agency intends to award one separate contract per Group. Offerors may submit a proposal for any or all Groups. The offeror must support all of the customers in the Group for which they make an offer.� This acquisition will be issued on an unrestricted basis. The total length of the contract will be three (3) years. It contains one (24)�twenty-four, and one�(12) twelve month tiers. The solicitation contains three groups: Group 1: Ft Benning Group 2: Ft Gordon Group 3: Ft Stewart All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA BSM internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil If not registered; prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to reviewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. Requests for Proposals are in Portable Document Format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerors will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. The software is available free at http://adobe.com The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular�January 15, 2020. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror's initial offer should contain the offeror's best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. The Government may reject any or all offers if such action is in the public interest; accept other than the lowest offer; and waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received.
