- Description
- This is an unrestricted acquisition for Milk and�Dairy products for DoD Customers in New York: Fort Drum. The delivery points require indefinite quantities of Milk and�Dairy items for delivery beginning June 21, 2020 and ending�June 17, 2023. The resultant award will be an indefinite delivery contract for (36) months. Copies of the solicitation can be found on the DLA BSM Internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil.� Copies of the solicitation can also be provided upon request. If not registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to reviewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation.�� RFP's are in Portable Document Format (PDF).� In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerors will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.�� The software is available free at http://adobe.com. Prospective offerors may request a copy by emailing�Colin Kendra�at Colin.Kendra@dla.mil The solicitation SPE300-20-R-0019 has been issued. Offerors must send responses to the e-mail addresses identified in the solicitation. Facsimile is not an acceptable form of submission of proposals in response to the solicitation. Every page of the offer (which includes all 69 pages of the solicitation and the completed schedule of items spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel format) must be received by the designated e-mail addresses identified in the solicitation before 3:00 pm local Philadelphia time of April 29, 2020. Please note Offerors submitting proposals using email are advised that DLA Troop Support systems have certain email size and transmission limitations.� Proposals must be prepared accordingly.� Individual email attachments should not exceed 5MB in size, and no individual email should exceed more than 10 MB per email (multiple email submissions may be necessary).� When submitting multiple emails as a proposal submission, label each email with a number (e.g., 1 of 8), accordingly.� After transmitting an email submission, offerors should confirm receipt of all emails with the intended recipients.� It is an offeror�s responsibility to ensure its entire proposal is received by the date and time specified in the solicitation; emails should be transmitted in sufficient time to ensure and confirm receipt by the Government.
