Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is charged with the maintenance, development, and protection of wildlife habitat at Harry S. Truman Project. One of the techniques used to achieve these goals is the establishment of annual food plots to provide reliable winter food supplies for wildlife. The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain services to establish these food plots in critical habitat areas around the lake.
