- The Department of Veterans Affairs, James A. Haley Veterans Hospital and its outlying clinics, New Port Richey, Brooksville, Lakeland, South Hillsborough and Zephyrhills, Florida, (hereafter referred to as James A. Haley Veterans Hospital will award a Firm-Fixed price contract using Comparative Evaluation to a responsible quoter. The quoter must provide programs and services for assessment, referral and limited counseling. Performance Period:� Base Year: April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021 Option Year 1: April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022 Option Year 2: April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023 Option Year 3: April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024 Option Year 4: April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025 The contract is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The quoter must have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM : https//www.sam.gov/SAM/) prior to award and must have certification in Vendor Information Pages (VIP Vetbiz : vip.vetbiz.gov) to submit a quote. Both SAM and VIP/Vetbiz will be checked for confirmation. The NAICS Code is 624190, Nonresidential and individual and family social assistance services (except those specifically directed toward children, the elderly, persons diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities, or persons with disabilities) and the SBA Size Standard is $12.0 Million.
