- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Announcement The Gulf Coast VA HealthCare System Medical Center in Biloxi, MS is issuing an Open Market RFQ IAW FAR 13.106 for an Arc Flash Study to be conducted on the campus. This procurement is conducted under NAICS 238210 Electrical Contactors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. This is a Total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside.
