- W91QF4-20-Q-0011 Amendment #01�Combined Synopsis/Solicitation � MCC Health &�Comfort Items (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with theformat in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation # W91QF4-20-Q-0011-01 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) Federal Acquisition Circular: This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04 effective as of 15 January 2020. (iv) NAICS code: The corresponding NAICS code for this solicitation is 722330 � ""Mobile Food Services"" with a size standard of $8M (PSC of S203 � Food Services). An Offeror must be registered on the System for Award Management (SAM) before an award could be made to them. If a company is not registered in SAM, they must do so by going to SAM web site (https://www.sam.gov) and registering prior to submission of a proposal. This requirement is being advertised as Unrestricted. See attached full combined synopsis/solicitation with Quote Sheet Attachment #1 for Co-efficient.
