- NSN: 1560-01-308-9879; Support, Structural; WSIC: F; IQC: 1000089107; Issue Date: 4/13/20; Closing Date: 5/12/20 This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 5-year base period.� This procurement has a 100% small business set aside.� Certified Cost and Pricing Data is not required, but informal cost and/or pricing data may be requested.� A subcontracting plan is not required at the submission of your offer.� EEO clearance is not required.� Progress Payments are authorized for this procurement. This is not a critical safety item, but is a critical application item.� This material is export controlled. Contractor First Article Testing is required. SPRS apply. �Price, Past Performance, and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote.
