Description: The National Defense University (NDU) requires a delivery service for a variety of newspaper subscriptions at designated offices across the NDU campus at Fort McNair in Washington, DC. The contractor shall deliver and deposit newspapers bundled and labeled as described in the delivery instructions at the locations designated, see Attachment 1. Bundled newspapers must be protected by placing them in plastic bags on inclement weather days.
