- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT TO BE USED FOR MARKET ANALYSIS IN DETERMINING THE AVAILABILITY OF THE ATTACHED REQUIREMENT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT DO NOT SUBMIT A QUOTATION OR PROVIDE COST AND PRICING DATA NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME ALL RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR THE POSSIBLE FUTURE ACQUISITION. The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking sources qualified small businesses interested in providing the services proposed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW), provided in this sources sought synopsis. All interested parties are invited to provide information about your company/institution, or any teaming or joint venture partners. If your firm has an interest in proposing on future requirements as described above, who believe they can meet the requirements, are invited to submit, in writing, a complete capabilities package. A draft SOW has been provided under this posting in FedConnect at www.fedconnect.net under the title, "" Technical Support for Strategic Environmental Management Approaches by EPA "". All interested vendors must be registered in FedConnect. These requested services are currently provided by the incumbent contractor, INDUSTRIAL ECONOMICS, INCORPORATED, under contract EP-W-15-011. Notwithstanding the Government's option to exercise term extensions, the current contract listed above is scheduled to expire on 16 July 2020. At a minimum the capability statement shall state skills, experience, and knowledge required to perform this type of work. Include the following: 1. Company name, address, point of contact (POC), telephone number, fax number, email address, website, and CAGE Code. 2. Company's business size and/or socioeconomic status (i.e. Small Business, SBA Certified 8A Program Participant, SBA Certified HUB Zone Firm, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business, Woman-Owned Small Business). 3. A positive statement of your intention to bid on this contract as a prime contractor. 4. Offeror's Joint Venture, Partnering Agreement, or Mentor-Prot�g� information if applicable - existing and potential. 5. A listing of any government contracts held over the last three (3) years. 6. What are the most critical criteria that would distinguish your company's capabilities from another? Explain. The information requested will be used within the EPA to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the agency. Responses are due NO LATER THAN 4:00PM EST, Thursday, 9 April 2020, and shall only be submitted electronically to through FedConnect. The point of contact for this notice is Genine McElroy, Contracting Officer, who is to be contacted only via FedConnect. Interested companies are encouraged to provide other solutions that may meet the required specifications and/or functional description. When doing so, information shall follow the guidelines set by this sources sought notice. THIS IS A NOTICE FOR SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY. RESPONSE IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY; NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN REPSONSE TO THIS NOTICE OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. THE GOVERNMENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR OR SUFFER ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR ANY IMPROPERLY IDENTIFIED INFORMATION.
