- The nature of this action is for the continuation of services to support the Telos Automated Message Handling System (AMHS) application software at the National Gateway Center (NGC) � Fort Detrick (NGC-D), NGC-Pentagon, (NGC-P), NGC- Raven Rock Mountain Complex (NGC-R), and the Organizational Messaging Service (OMS) Sustainment Facility located at Fort Detrick. This sole source action requires system/software engineering, software modifications, testing, field and logistics support for sustainment of the AMHS. The Telos AMHS shall continue to interface with the OMS Java Messaging Service (JMS) infrastructure.
