- This synopsis constitutes an announcement of contract award by the Air Force Life Cycle Materiel Command, Aerospace Management Division, Weather Contracting, AFLCMC/HBAK, Hanscom AFB, MA 01731, to EWR Radar Systems, Inc. As of 30 March 2020, EWR Radar Systems, Inc. has been awarded a Firm Fixed Price contract with an estimated contract value of $47,176,000 (including options). This contract will have a five-year performance period with an option to extend by six months. The place of contract performance will be at the facilities of EWR Radar Systems, Inc. in St. Louis, MO. This synopsis results from the negotiation with only one source, in accordance with 10 U.S.C. � 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, ""only one (1) responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.""
