Solicitations are not available at this time.� Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response.� This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever.� All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government.� Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP or RFQ, if any is issued.� If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Government Beta System for Award Management website at www.beta.sam.gov. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The US Army, 409th CSB/Regional Contracting Office Benelux, Brussels, Belgium is exploring options for Contractor performance for Facility Maintenance Services under a Maintenance Contract for D�lmen Tower Barracks, Germany. U.S. Army Garrison Benelux mission at D�lmen Tower Barracks is to provide Base Operations to joint military and civilians with a quality of life equal to the quality of their service. Part of the quality of life missions is to have a safe and healthy work environment. Facility Maintenance Services maintain buildings in a safe, satisfactory facilities conditions. The purpose of this project is to provide Facility Maintenance Services under a single Maintenance Contract.� At a minimum, the contractor shall have a team of experience certified electricians, plumbers, roofers, carpentry, mechanical, painters, masonry,structural, to perform preventative and scheduled maintenance of buildings,structures, and associated property and equipment encompassing a variety oftrades repairing equipment/facility items listed below: (1) Air conditioners; (2) Compressor and/or condenser units; (3) Ventilation systems-intake and exhaust; (4) Exhaust Extraction System; (5) Building Automation; (6) Dehumification Systems; (7) Fire Alarm Systems; (8) Mobile Fire Detection Systems; (9) Fire Extinguishers; (10) Lightning Protection Systems; (11) Heating System / Heating Pump; (12) Heat Oil Storage and Delivery System; (13) Safety Emergency Lighting; (14) Automatic Security Gate; (15) Fire Protection Doors / Automatic Sliding Doors; (16) Individual room radiators; (17) Boilers; (18) Chimney Emissions / Structure; (19) Radio Tower; (20) Underground Water Lines/Pipes; (21) Generators; (22) Manhole Frame; (23) POL Point (Pumps, Sealed Surface, Leakage Detection System, Underground tanks); (24) HV Transformers (25) Fa�ade and Brick Work; (26) Road and Walkways Work; (27) Dock Levelers and Safety gates; (28) Locks and Key Replacement; (29) Water Lifting Station; (30) TUV Inspections; (31) Electrical System, RCD (Circuit Breakers); (32) Provide Outdoor Portable Toilets (During Water Outages) (33) Building Maintenance, to include Roof, Bay, Sliding, and Roll-up Doors, Electro Vertical Doors, Lock Smith, Windows, Lights, etc. For full description of the services, please consult the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) with the associated Technical Exhibits. The finalized PWS shall be posted with the solicitation, when issued. The Contracting Office is seeking the following information, as a minimum: 1. Potential Respondents shall describe what certifications do they currently hold in order to support a contract of this type; 2. Potential Respondents shall describe whether they are currently performing, or whether they performed in the past, work of this type at any other location; 3. With reference to the attached draft PWS, Paragraph 1.10 Key Personnel, (b) Special Certifications, Potential Respondents shall describe which workers� special qualifications certifications are they ready to assure in order to perform the different types of duties listed above; They shall also describe if there are other certifications required that are not specified in the PWS; 4. With reference to the attached draft PWS, Part 5, Specific Tasks, Potential Respondents shall provide their assessment whether the tasks� description is clear, sufficient and sufficiently detailed; 5. With reference to the attached draft PWS, Technical Exhibit C, Potential Respondents shall provide their assessment whether the estimated workload data is clear, sufficient and sufficiently detailed; 6. With reference to the attached draft PWS, Technical Exhibit D, Potential Respondents shall provide their assessment whether the equipment inventory data is clear, sufficient and sufficiently detailed; 7. With reference to the attached draft PWS, Technical Exhibit E, Potential Respondents shall provide their assessment whether the on-call maintenance (T&M) price book is meaningful and the rate differentiation customarily a commercial practice; 8. With reference to the attached draft PWS, Technical Exhibit F, Potential Respondents shall provide their assessment whether the site map is meaningful and sufficiently detailed; 9. Potential Respondents may provide any other assessment or concern with reference to the attached draft PWS.
