- Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Naval Supply Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, FL intends to issue a sole source award to Sargent Aerospace and Defense for various Maintenance and Repair parts on the emergency control valve for Trident Refit Facility, located in Kings Bay, GA under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Qualified vendors for this requirement must be and provide proof they are an authorized distributor of Sargent Aerospace and Defense and able to provide all below listed required parts. The government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price contract for supplies for NAICS 336413, PSC 2810, using the Simplified Acquisition procedures of FAR part 13, with an anticipated award date of 15 April 2020.
