- Network 23 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to Censis Technologies, Inc. NAICS Code 334118, Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing with a size standard of 1000 employees will be utilized. The Governments intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 due to the in-place Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Interconnection Security Agreement (ISA) currently utilized by the Department of Veterans Affairs and Censis Technologies, Inc. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely with the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes or information.
