- The purpose of this amendment to Combined Synopsis/Solicitation 36C25720Q0388 is to change the set-aside, NAICS Code, and the Quote/Offer submission date and time. PREVIOUS SET-ASIDE AND NAICS CODE: SET-ASIDE: This requirement is a 100% Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside under the authority of 38 U.S.C. 8127(d). In order to be eligible for award an offeror must be certified/verified in Vetbiz (www.vip.vetbiz.gov), and small for the applicable NAICS code at the time of the quote submission and at the time of award. Status as a qualified SDVOSB concern is under the authority of 38 CFR Part 74 in accordance with the VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) Part 819. Eligibility determination is performed by the Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE). Only qualified offerors may submit bids. NAICS Code: 561210 and Size Standard is $41.5M. NEW SET-ASIDE AND NAICS CODE: SET-ASIDE: This procurement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is NAICS Code 541519 (Other Computer Related Services) and Size Standard is $30M. To be eligible for award, Offerors must be considered a small business under the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to the acquisition and possess a valid and active System for Award Management (SAM) registration. Only qualified parties shall submit a quote/offer. NAICS Code: 541519 and Size Standard is $30M PREVIOUS RFQ QUOTE SUBMISSION: Quotes must be received no later than March 23, 2020 11:59pm CST.
