- This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a firm-fixed-price commercial service contract for reforestation support activities for the Medford District Office area of responsibility, in the state of Oregon. The anticipated performance period is from May 15, 2020 to July 31, 2020. The NAICS code is 115310 - Support Activities for Forestry. The small business size standard is $8.0M. The basis of award is the lowest price determined fair and reasonable. Award will be made to the responsible respondent pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1.
