- Amendment 0001 to RFQ W912PF20Q0022, issued in order to: - Postpone the quotes due in date to 30 June 2020 at 12:00 p.m. ""noon"" (local time, Rome, Italy) - Postpone the site visit to a date to be determined. - Postpone the POP (Period of Performance as indicated below: 1 August 2020 � 31 July 2021 (Base Year) 1 August 2021 � 31 July 2022 (Option Year One) 1 August 2022 � 31 July 2023 (Option Year Two) 1 August 2023 � 31 July 2024 (Option Year Three) 1 August 2024 � 31 July 2025 (Option Year Four) - The Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 is changed to correct the quote�s due-in date. - The Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 is changed to delete a duplicate page entry, erroneously included in the Solicitation, See attached SF 30 Amendment 0001 and the Conformed copy of the Solicitation to be returned signed. Description of the service: This is a service to perform the cleaning of air fans and ducts in kitchen hoods in the USAG-ITALY, DMC Areas. Location of the work: The service shall be performed in all US Army Garrison (USAG) Italy, Darby Military Community (DMC) Installations, Tirrenia, Pisa, Italy Performance Period: The performance period will be one base year plus four option years
