Description
Amendment #1 - 01APR2020 The following attachments were added to this combined synopsis/solicitation: --Questions and Answers FA9302-20-Q-5017.pdf --Hirsch Scramble Pads.pdf ---------------------- The Air Force Test Center (AFTC) at Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB), CA is seeking to acquire service to connect Hirsch card readers to two elevators in two separate buildings on base. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Requirement: This will be a services acquisition to tie the Hirsch card reader system to the elevators in Buildings 1881 and 1870 at Edwards AFB, CA. The vendor shall provide all tools and labor to program the government purchased Hirsch Card Reader and land wires in the elevator panels. Work shall be performed by licensed electrician(s) qualified to perform the service. Note: There is no Statement of Work for this requirement. Vendors who believe they can meet the requirements described above are invited to submit a complete quote. Offerors are required to submit their quote with sufficient information for the government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in the RFQ. Basis for selection shall be made upon determining the best value for the Government. Best value will be determined upon the consideration of price and other factors, to include: (1) Past performance. (2) Special features of the supply or service required for effective program performance. (3) Maintenance availability. (4) Environmental and energy efficiency considerations. (5) Delivery terms. All responses to this RFQ must include; (1) The solicitation number (FA9302-20-Q-5017) (2) Labor types and quantities (include labor title, quantity in terms of number of people and hours per person) (3) Miscellaneous expenses (if applicable) (4) Proof of electrician license for proposed individual(s) performing service (5) Quote expiration date (6) Answers to FAR 52.219-3 (Alt I) Please review the attached Provisions and Clauses and Wage Determination for more information.
