Page 18 : A complete and signed Standard Form 1449, �Request for Quotations� and executed copy of Amendments, if applicable. Update to Page 18:�The quotation�package shall include a signed company letterhead Page 19 : Disregard� ""completed SF1449"" and provide� Attachment 7 Past Performance�with quotation package. All other terms and conditions remain the same. ****************�End of Amendment 001 ************* This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial requirement prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented by Subpart 13.5, and with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The�combined synopsis/solicitation is attached to this posting.� The solicitation number for this procurement is N3904020Q0077 and is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-04, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 20200123. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811310. The small Business Size Standard is 8.0 Million and this solicitation is Total Small Business Set-Aside. This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract.
