- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the�format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This�announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written�solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA481420TF048 shall be used to reference any�written quote provided under this RFQ. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal�Acquisition Circular 2020-04 Effective 15 January 2020. This is a unrestricted. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitations for Xray Screening Machine�Preventative Maintenance in accordance with the attached Statement of Need (SON).
