- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation No. 19GE5020R0048 The American Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Preventive Maintenance of Boilers at the US Consulate General Frankfurt, Germany The solicitation may result in the award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for one Base and four Option Years.� Companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest by written correspondence via email to the addresses Jacobsenw@state.gov and FrankfurtRPSO@state.gov, not later than May 1, 2020 using the solicitation number 19GE5020R0048 in the subject line. The solicitation will not be posted in Beta.sam. Only companies submitting a letter of interest shall receive a copy of the solicitation package when available.� DO NOT TELEPHONE. All requests for a copy of the solicitation MUST include the following information: Name of Firm, DUNS number, Name, Telephone Number and Email Address of Point of Contact and Complete Physical and Mailing Address of Firm.� The solicitation package will only be available in the English language. Solicitation and award will be subject to the federal procurement laws and regulations of the United States of America.
