- Sole Source Synopsis: Maintenance and Services for Airborne Low Frequency System (ALFS) Reel Cable Tension Machine (RCTM) and Cable Tension System (CTS) for the MH-60R Helicopter Program.� PSC: J049 NAICS: 811310 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, intends to intends to enter into sole source negotiations to establish a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for Maintenance and Services for Airborne Low Frequency System (ALFS) Reel Cable Tension Machine (RCTM) and Cable Tension System (CTS) for the MH-60R Helicopter Program. �The anticipated award will be made to Reel Power Industrial, Inc., located in Oklahoma City, Oklahome. Reel Power Industrial, Inc. owns all proprietary rights to the engineering data and detailed product drawings. Reel Power Wire and Cable Inc is the only manufacturer with the unique technical expertise to supply these items. NAVAIR intends to procure under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
