Description
This is NOT a solicitation.� Do not submit proposals or questions in response to this document.� The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available on beta.SAM.gov, on or about 15 April 2020.� No telephone calls or written requests for the solicitation package will be accepted.� All prospective offerors are responsible for visiting the web page frequently to obtain the solicitation and any amendments or other information pertaining to the solicitation.� The 4th Contracting Squadron at Seymour Johnson AFB, North Carolina, intends to issue a solicitation for repair services to support the Air Force Repair Enhancement Program (AFREP). The Service Provider (SP) shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to repair F-15E aircraft flameholders (NSN: 2840-01-326-4066), current monitors (NSN: 6620-01-310-2103) and various cables (stock numbers to be provided with the solicitation) to serviceable condition. Parts will be shipped from SJAFB to the service provider�s facility and returned to SJAFB. The service provider shall perform the work IAW Technical Order (T.O.) 24-F100-46-5 (SWP 523 02); T.O. 2-1-111; and AFI 21-123 AFREP. The SP shall be responsible to furnish and maintain current publications. IAW FAR 16.503, a requirements-type contract is anticipated with a five year period of performance. Multiple awards may be issued from the solicitation, one for the repair of flameholders, one for the repair of current monitors and one for the repair of cables, or any combination thereof. Prospective offerors must have a Source of Approved Repair (SAR) letter certified by F100 Engineering at Tinker AFB to be eligible for award. Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), to be eligible for award.� Representations and Certifications must also be updated via SAM.� See https://www.beta.sam.gov and https://www.acquisition.gov for registration information.
