Description

Maintenance of PerkinElmer Instrumentation - USEPA R3 Laboratory This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, and 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) as solicitation number 68HE0320Q0013. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This RFQ incorporates FAR provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-05, March 30, 2020. This solicitation is issued as unrestricted. The associated North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 811219 and the business size standard is $22 million. See the attachment ""Price Schedule"" for the contract line item numbers (CLINS), quantities, units of measure and options. See the attachment ""Statement of Work"" for a description of the required services. See the attachment ""Statement of Work"" for the period of performance. See the attachment ""Attachment A"" for a list and description of the applicable instruments and configuration. See the attachment ""Provisions and Clauses"" for a list of the provisions and clauses applicable to this solicitation. The point of contact for this solicitation is: Ryan T. Parker, Contracting Officer, 215-814-5126 All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing via email to Ryan Parker at parker.ryan@epa.gov. Quotes, including all four (4) items listed in the Notes to Quoters section of the of the Provisions and Clauses attachment, are due to Ryan Parker via email (parker.ryan@epa.gov) by 11:59 PM EDT on April 14, 2020. Failure to submit a complete quote by the time and date established may result in the quote not being considered. Anywhere in this solicitation where the term ""Bid"", ""Offer"", or ""Proposal"" is used, it is hereby changed to read ""Quote."" Anywhere in this solicitation where the term ""Bidder"" or ""Offeror"" is used, it is hereby changed to read ""Quoter."" The Government intends to award a fixed price contract, including a one year base period and four (4) one year option periods.
