Description

-THIS NOTICE IS FOR LOCAL SET-ASIDE IN JAPAN- The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary for Inspection, Maintenance and Repair of Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) with Auxiliary Equipment and Systems at Camp Zama (CZ), Sagamihara Family Housing Area (SFHA), and Akasaka Press Center (APC).��� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Requlation (FAR), subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued.� All offerors shall follow attached combine synopsis document and attachments.� Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: PWS, Appendix A1.1. Site and Location Maps are not attached.� The offerors shall contact POC via email to receive the location maps. Note 3:� �Excel version for Attachments 1. Pricing Schedule, 2. Pricing Exhibit, and 3. Labor Rate are available for your input.� Contact POC via email to receive them.
