- Amendment P0001 is issued to include the following statement in the Statement of Work regarding Controls: Controls for the new hood bypass are integrated to the building automation system and static controls. The automation controls system is AutomatedLogic. The contractor shall ensure that the automated controls and static controls are fully functional prior to acceptance of the project by the Government. Automated controls are provided by the Control Service Company, 3350 North East Ralph Powell Road, Lee�s Summit MO 64064, telephone 816-600-5800. Static controls are provided by Phoenix Controls, 75 Discovery Way, Acton, MA 01720, telephone 978-795-1111 This Synopsis/Solicitation is to announce the U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for the modification of exhaust duct and installation of roof-top mounted exhaust blower fan in accordance with the attached solicitation. The solicitation number is 140G0220Q0088 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The policies contained in FAR Part 12, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award prescribed in Part 13, as appropriate, shall be used for this acquisition. This is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The associated NAICS Code is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning Contractors. A copy of this solicitation may be accessed by clicking on the ""Attachments/Links"". All requirements for preparation, submission, and receipt of quotes are contained in this solicitation and shall be adhered to.
