- This is COMBINED PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The US Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN, hereinafter referred to as MVAHCS located at One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417. The NAICS code assigned to this procurement will be 621399 with a size standard of $12 million. The VA will award a firm, fixed price, commercial services contract. Contract use will be limited to Minneapolis VA Health Care System only. The solicitation will contain requirements for a 6-month base period contract, with one (1) 6-month option period to renew. Service will begin July 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020 for the base period. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or about April 1, 2020 and will be issued via FedBizOpps Electronic Posting System at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Services Provided: The contractor shall provide two (2) full-time (2.0 FTE) Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, on site in accordance with the specifications contained herein to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Minneapolis VA Health Care System (MVAHCS). License: Graduate from an approved School of Nursing and hold an unencumbered current state licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. The contractor s provider(s) assigned by the contractor to perform the services covered by this contract shall have a current license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia) when services are performed onsite on VA property. Contractor shall furnish services at the Minneapolis VA Health Care System, One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417. Services are required for a base period of 6-months with one (1) 6-month option period. Questions regarding this pre-solicitation notice must be in writing.
