- Description
- The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) through the Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina (USAID/BiH) anticipates awarding a five-year Cost Plus Fixed Fee Completion contract to implement INSPIRE - Human Rights Activity. The objective of the activity is to empower citizens and government institutions to improve the overall human rights protections, provided services, and employment prospects for BiH's most vulnerable persons. The procurement is classified as�full and open competition�in accordance with FAR Part 15.�Small business subcontracting plan is required. Please submit your proposal to sarajevooaa@usaid.gov by 3:00 p.m. ET, May 27, 2020. Receipt time is when the proposal is received by USAID Washington internet server. Deadline for questions is 3:00 p.m. ET, April 15, 2020. This RFP does not obligate the United States Government to pay any cost incurred in preparation and submission of your proposal. In addition, the Government reserves the right to reject any or all offerors, if such action is considered in the best interest of the Government. Thank you for your interest in USAID activities.
