- Pre-Solicitation Conference for Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for Systems Support Directorate (SSD), Operations Support Directorate (OSD), and Policy, Plans, and Analysis (PPA) Task Orders.� *********************UPDATE******************* April 1, 2020 (CWMD SSD A&AS Amendment P00001) The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), issued amendment P00001 to Request for Quote (RFQ) number 70RWMD20Q00000004 via email to small business contract holders under General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) 00CORP Professional Services Schedule (PSS) Special Item Numbers (SIN) 871-1 through 871-6 to incorporate a revised version of Attachment 3 - SSD Pricing Table P00001, dated April 1, 2020.� Changes are highlighted in yellow. This revised version of the pricing table shall be used when responding to the RFQ. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. *********************UPDATE******************* March 30, 2020 The government released the PPA, OSD, and SSD solicitations via email on March 30, 2020. Industry questions are due no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Time on April 6, 2020. The government will provide responses by 2:00 PM on April 10, 2020. All proposals are due no later than 10:00 AM on April 30, 2020.
