Update the PWS with the fabric type for the fire resistant�coveralls. Please see Updated Amendment�4 PWS. c. Update the Period of Performance for the Base Year (Attachment 1) due to extending the solicitation. d. Please provide quote per�Amendment�4�solicitation/combo. Previous quotes will not be accepted. e. Please see all new Amendment 4 attachments. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
