- Description
- The Federal Prison Industries located in Beaver, WV is seeking to make a single award for a storage space to house finished goods and overflow of raw materials needed to meet customer requirements.� The NAICS designation for this is 493110.� The deadline for questions will be April 8, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. EST.� No questions will be answered after this date and time.� ALL questions must be addressed in writing to Josh Hassler at joshua.hassler2@usdoj.gov. No questions will be answered via telephone.� Offerors shall submit signed and dated offers to UNICOR, FEDERAL PRISON INDUSTRIES, 1400 DALE BUMPERS ROAD, FORREST CITY, AR 72335, ATTN JOSH HASSLER, REF FN141-20.� All proposals should be emailed to Josh Hassler at joshua.hassler2@usdoj.gov.� The subject line of the email should reference FN1491-20.� All offerors must complete the Business Management Questionaire included in solicitation.� All offerors must be registered on WWW.SAM.GOV.� All offerors must acknowledge all amendments if any. Offers received after the exact date and time will not be considered.� The Government intends to make a single award to the offeror that presents the best value to the government.� The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: price, past performance,� and adherance to specifications (including pictures and .� A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.� No copies of this solicitation will be mailed.� All responsible offerors may submit a proposal which will be considered.�
