- The National Park Service is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for the to repair two areas of damaged rock walls along HWY 441, located within Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg TN, 37738. Server County. Contractor shall remove and reset loose stones from guard walls, reset stones that have been knocked out of guard walls and set new stones to replace damaged or missing stones in guard walls. TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price; Construction This proposed acquisition will be 100% Small Business Set Aside for Small Business Concerns, The Classification Code for this procurement is North American Industry System Code (NAICS) 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction Size Standards in millions of dollars 39.5. OR.: 238140 Masonry Contractors $16.5 Size Standards in millions of dollars $16.5. CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated between (a) Less than $25,000.00 This solicitation will result in a contract with a base period of 45 days. Period of Performance. 08/17/2020- 9/30/2020 SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system.
