OFFERORS MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING: A. Site Visit: Offerors who intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit. See site visit clause, FAR 52.236-27 in Section L for the schedule. B. Submission of Proposals (1) Proposal packet: It shall be submitted by 1500 Hrs on the closing date of RFP by email to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist as stated in Section L: Instructions to Offerors. a.
